【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistoexemplifysoundandacceptedweldedconnectionsapplicabletowelded,notinternal,pressurizedsteelcomponents.Itdoesnotpromotethestandardizationofconnectionsthatmayberegardedasmandatoryorrestrictdevelopmentinanyway.Therequirementsofcarryingcapacity,fitnessforpurposes,fatigueandcorrosionstressaretobeconsideredifnecessary.Thisstandardcontainsexamplesofconnectionsweldedbythefollowingprocesses(processnumbersaccordingtoENISO4063):-Manualmetalarcwelding(111);-Self-shieldedtubular-coredarcwelding(114);-Submergedarcwelding(12);-MIGwelding;Metalinertgaswelding(131);-MAGwelding;Metalactivegaswelding(135);-Tubularcoredmetalarcweldingwithactivegasshield(136);-Tubularcoredmetalarcweldingwithinertgasshield(137);-TIGwelding;Tungsteninertgasarcwelding(141).Otherprocessesbyagreement.Furtherrequirementsshouldbeconsideredinaccordancewithexistingapplicationstandards.
