【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementstominimisethehazardswhichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theuseandthemaintenanceofmixingmachinesandtheiraccessoriesintendedtobeusedinsausagekitchensandindustrialoperations.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomixingmachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanstandardisnotapplicabletomixingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.2ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthefollowingtypesofmixingmachines:—Mixingmachineswithatiltingcontainer,oneorseveralmixingshafts—Mixingmachineswithastationarymixingcontainer,frontfaceorbottomdischargeopening—Mixingmachineswithacontainerandloadingdevice—Mixingmachineswithacontainer,mixingshaft(s),screwconveyorandloadingdeviceThemixingmachinesareconstructedofamachineframe,atrough-shapedmixingcontainer,oneorseveralmixingshafts,anassociateddriveandelectrical,hydraulicandpneumaticcomponents,dependingonmachinetype.Themixingshaftcanbeequippedwithwings,screws,rods,paddlesorthelike.Mixingmachinesmaybeequippede.g.with—coveroverthetopofthemixingcontainer,—pipeconnectionsforgases,steam,waterorvacuum,—protectivehoodoverthefrontfacedischargeopening,—liftingdevicesformixingshaft,—loadingdevice,—screwconveyoratthedischargeopening.3IntendeduseThefreshorfrozenmeat,meatproduct,meatpiecesorfish,salt,spicesandotheradditivesareloadedintothemixingcontainerbyhandorbymeansofaloadingdeviceandmixedbythemixingunit.Thedischargeoutletmaybelocatedatthebottomorthefrontfaceandcaneitherbeaslide,aflap,apipe,apumporascrew.Duringtheproductionofthisstandardthefollowingassumptionsweremade:—Mixingmachinesareinstalledatasufficientlylightedplace.—Theyareusedonlybydesignatedandskilledoperators.Althoughitshouldbeadvisedagainst,thestandard,takingintoaccountpractice,dealswiththehazardsduetocleaningwithpressurisedwater.
